Organizing: The Backbone of the Labor Movement

Union organizing means workers coming together to bargain collectively for better working conditions, higher wages, and fairness on the job. There is strength in numbers. District Council 4 and the IUPAT fights for working people. Our goal is to achieve better conditions for working people in the painting, finishing, and glazing industries – and all other workers that want to organize with us!
