Role as an organizer:

The ultimate goals of a union organizer are to expand our markets, membership, and contractor base.  A large part of the role will be boots on the ground hitting projects, talking to the non-union workforce about our values and building relationships w/ contractors performing our craft work.

Some things to expect:  This will be an intense training that will challenge you and perhaps take you out of your comfort zone.  We will be participating in role plays and you will be expected to present to other boot camp participants.  We will be starting on 2/27/26 at approximately 5pm & it will be a full day Saturday and Sunday in this course.  You must be present to be considered for this position so plan accordingly.
